Cancellation
Policy
1. General Policy
The Company values its customers and strives to provide the
best service possible. However, we understand that circumstances may arise
where you need to cancel your service. This policy outlines the terms and
conditions under which cancellations are accepted.
2. Cancellation Requests
- Submission:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our
customer support team at support@example.com.
- Notice
Period: Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior
to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
3. Eligibility for Cancellation
- Subscription
Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but the
cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No
partial / full refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the
subscription.
- One-Time
Services: Cancellations for one-time services must be requested within
24 hours of purchase. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will
be processed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once
purchased. These include, but are not limited to:
- Custom
development services
- Special
promotions or discounted packages
- Any
service explicitly stated as non-refundable in its terms and conditions
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, the management may consider
cancellations and refunds on a case-by-case basis. This is subject to the
submission of necessary documents or information, as deemed necessary by the
management. The decision of the management in such cases will be final and
binding.
6. Refund Processing
If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable
refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the
original payment method used at the time of purchase.
7. Changes to the Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this
cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to
regularly review the policy to stay informed of any changes.
